Osman I, or Osman bey, was the leader of the Ottoman Turks. He was the founder of the Ottoman dynasty that established the Ottoman State. The Ottoman Empire is named after him. Imam Muhammad al-Bukhari was a Muhaddith. He authored the hadith collection known as Sahih al-Bukhari, which is regarded by Sunnis as the most authentic of all hadith compiled.
