People have very limited choice in the selection of their representatives

The opposition cannot freely criticise the policies of the government

It leads to frequent constitutional crisis

They render help to poor people

They run hospitals

They manage newspapers

They assist candidates in contesting elections

People have common opinion

People who have united for achieving political ends

People who have joined because they have common opinion

People who have different political viewpoints

Trying to use students to its advantage

Trying to keep students away from politics

Ignoring the students and adopting indifferent attitude

Leaving the students to its own care

Free to come and go to the meetings as and when they like

To disobey their leader

To organise sub-groups within the party

They sponsor their favourite candidates at the time of elections

They develop cantacts with legislators

They avoid going near the centre of authority

To influence policy makers

To donate to political parties

To introduce social reforms

To sponsor favourable candidates for elections
