Geography of Pakistan

Pakistan is divided into five physical divisions: 1. The Northern Mountains, 2. The Western Low Mountainous Region, 3. The Balochistan Plateau, 4. The Potohar Uplands and 5. The Punjab and Sindh fertile plains.

The highest point above sea level in Pakistan is K2. It is the second highest mountain in the world, after Mount Everest. K2 is located in the Karakoram range, which is part of the Himalayas.
