Section 2 point (xxvii) states that ““National Database and Registration Authority” means the National Database and Registration Authority constituted under the National Database and Registration Authority Ordinance, 2000 (VIII of 2000)”. Option ‘C’ incorrectly states “VII of 2000” instead of “VIII of 2000”. Hence, option ‘D’ is the correct answer.

As per section 2 point (xxxiv), such a candidate refers to a “candidate who has been declared elected as a Member under this Act”. Hence, option ‘B’ is correct.

Section 41 subsection 1 states that “An electoral roll as revised and corrected shall be maintained by the Registration Officer in the prescribed manner and shall be kept open to public inspection; and any person, on payment of prescribed fee, may obtain copies of the electoral roll.” Hence, option ‘C’ is correct.
